Taking Quality Home: 2017 Quality Improvement Leadership Symposium

Thirty students and health leaders from a dozen countries present their take-home projects from 2017 Quality Improvement Leadership Institute. After a week of working with UW faculty, staff, students, and each other, they leave with measurable steps to improve health, addressing challenges from infant mortality to empowering girls to managing medical equipment.

The annual Quality Improvement Leadership Institute brings together participants from Wisconsin and across the world who work with UW-Madison faculty, staff, students and each other, to implement small changes that can improve care.

GHI organizes and hosts the annual, week-long learning opportunity.
