Ellen Small Billard is coming to the University of Wisconsin-Madison! She
is a social worker, humanitarian, and advocate with a passion for social
justice and a love for the Middle East. She co-founded Road to Mafraq, a
non-profit organization, which aims to increase access to education and
healthcare for children affected by conflict in the Middle East.
