Live from Paris: Connecting Wisconsin to the U.N. Climate Talks

Live from Paris

The United Nations 21st Conference of the Parties (COP21) is meeting this December in Paris, where nations are expected to ratify a new universal climate change agreement that will lower carbon emissions. For the first time since the Kyoto Protocol in 1997, the world will be coming together to adopt a healthy, sustainable future.

Join us at the Wisconsin Institutes of Discovery in Madison for a live conversation from Paris with a panel of Wisconsin residents participating in this historic conference. Representing interests in public health, human rights, business, and government, these panelists will offer their valuable behind-the-scenes impressions and share their own definitions of success for the outcomes of the conference.

Join us in Paris at the Hotel Le Meridien Etoile for a conversation with UW-Madison experts on climate change, environment and health. The panel will be followed by a reception. Cost: 20 Euro.
