To help with the continued national blood and platelet shortage, GHI is hosting a blood drive with the Red Cross on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, from 10am – 3pm, in Conference Room 1010 of the Medical Sciences Center, 1300 University Ave., Madison, WI 53706.
The Red Cross recognizes March as Red Cross Month, and has been doing so since 1943, when President Franklin D. Roosevelt issued the first Red Cross Month proclamation.
To honor Red Cross Month this March, successful donations get free A1C testing (1 result per calendar year).
