Donna Friedsam, MPH, distinguished researcher and Health Policy Programs director, in the UW Population Health Institute, looks at the effects of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and Medicaid, nationally and Wisconsin. She will consider criticisms of the programs and review the impact of potential reform proposals.
