Interested in learning about how to improve the health of people, all life and the environment without necessarily practicing medicine? Would you like to know what makes people healthy in different communities — and learn from different cultures and experts around the world about the determinants of health? Are you wondering how to complete the field course requirement for the Undergraduate Certificate in Global Health?
Check out the Undergraduate Global Health Field Course Fair, hosted by the Undergraduate Certificate in Global Health. The fair is September 25 from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in the Northwoods room on the third floor of Union South. Field course leaders and course alumni will be on hand to talk about global health field experiences. The fair showcases more than 20 short, small-group field courses for next year in Wisconsin and across the world.
Food will be provided.
The Undergraduate Certificate in Global Health is a collaboration between the Global Health Institute and the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences. More than 1,000 students have earned the certificate.
