The Climate Quest finalists present their prototypes for climate change solutions in their bid for the grand prize during the Climate Quest Finale. Each team will give a 30-minute presentation followed by question from a panel of distinguished judges.
Maggie Grabow, a GHI postdoctoral researcher, is part of the “Mindful Climate Action” team. Their project combines mindfulness-based stress reduction training with education on climate change, energy use and carbon footprints to create a program that will stimulate people to adopt more sustainable behaviors and lifestyles.
The event is scheduled from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Fluno Center.
