Kallan joined the Wisconsin School of Business in March 2022 with more than a decade of progressive experience in international higher education and a deep commitment to student service, program development, and establishing collaborative partnerships. As the Executive Director of Global Programs and Partnerships at the Wisconsin School of Business (WSB), she leads the internationalization strategy for one of the top-ranked public business schools in the US, including a global portfolio of student mobility, alumni relations, faculty engagement, university-wide initiatives, university and corporate partnerships, and international student recruitment.

Kallan has experience on both the university and provider sides of international education, including as the Director of Enrollment and University Relations for the Institute for Shipboard Education/Semester at Sea, the Director of Studies Abroad at the University of Portland, the Director of Global Programs at the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, and Assistant Director of European Studies at Indiana University. She earned an MPA from the IU School of Public and Environmental Affairs, an MA from the IU Institute for European Studies, and a BA in International Business from Hastings College.
