The University of Wisconsin Women’s and Gender Studies Consortium is now partnering with UW-Madison 4W Initiative on the 2016 Summit on Women, Gender and Well-Being to bring together prominent global leaders, national and international scholars, practitioners, students, and community members to share information and experiences and build ongoing networks around timely challenges related to women and well-being.
The event is now seeking proposals on the broadly defined summit theme of ‘Well-Being & Empowerment: Wisconsin and the World’
Student-driven sessions are welcome. Undergraduate and graduate students are encouraged to submit proposals for programs that share research, engage in dialogue around intersecting identities, and/or share best and emerging practices or programs.
